Fast, durable, and reliable for the price. The battery is excellent. Longgg distance rides, with juice to spare. Tires and suspension are great. The lights are excellent. Overall the functionality of the scooter is what’s advertised. I searched hundreds of scooters . You won’t find a better deal as far as range and speed. Thumbs up!

Really nice product but the only thing is when you pass 28 miles she starts shaking and I don't know why

(PLEASE READ THIS WHOLE ENTIRE REVIEW IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING BUYING THIS SCOOTER, I PROMISE THIS IS A 100% TRUE AND HONEST REVIEW OF MY EXPERIENCE BUYING THIS)Ok so let me start by saying receiving this item on time with no hassle is absolutely not true and not possible.. It was a total nightmare to actually get the scooter delivered to where I wanted it delivered, Six days late and hours arguing with numerous people over the phone about it and the first time it was supposed to be dropped off it didn’t even happen cuz they didn’t try to drop it off. Thought I was going to lose my freakin mind!!Now, with all that said and looking past all that B.S. once I finally did receive the scooter in the box that was damn near completely destroyed from what I’m guessing was caused during transit I opened up the box, put the scooter all together which was pretty simple, I gotta say, that THIS SCOOTER IS BADASS!!!! Super sturdy, almost scary it’s so fast, I mean this scooter freakin moves man! Charges up pretty quickly, turn the key, push the button and I’m instantly hauling major ass down the road! Shocks on front and back make the ride feel like I’m floating they work so well. In no way whatsoever am I disappointed in this scooter. Built really well, solid as a rock, looks cool and hustles.Now folks here’s the best part of the whole situation……….Because it was delivered so many days late and because I complained so much, (I needed this scooter asap so I could get to work so I paid extra to have it delivered sooner) I requested a full refund ($767 with tax and delivery) on the fifth day it was late and the very next day not only did I receive a full refund, (they told me it would be 3-5 days until I received the money back into my account and it came the next day!) but late afternoon THE SAME DAY I got my money back the scooter was finally delivered!!!So even though it was a total nightmare to actually get this scooter under my feet, I couldn’t be happier with it!!!! If you feel like you can handle the frustration it takes and the delays they make you wait to get this scooter then you should TOTALLY buy this cuz I’m telling you, you will not be disappointed!

I tried multiple of the same charger and the light doesnt turn red nor does it charge the scooter. so there is something wrong with the scooter charging port. so i cant charge the scooter and it remains dead

It’s not only good price but it’s actually solid max is 45 mph but hey it hangs with the best no wobbles very easy set and your good to go breaks are good also I’m a heavy and it pulls overall it’s fun to ride it is heavy this is also one of the nicest looking electric scooters out over all this is a great scooter for beginners or even pros I would recommend this scooter to all that is the market for a scooter it’s a solid electric scooter is my opinion

Scooter rides awesome easy assembly my first time getting and riding a scooter and I love it definitely gets me wherever I need to go. THIS is waay faster than Wat it says and I love it 💞

Honest review, here it is negatives first :1. It lacks torque, I was hoping for a lot more acceleration, it’s slow to climb hills.2. It’s heavy.3. The “j hook” that is used when folding the handlebars down doesn’t latch so it come out when trying to lift.4. Needs a steering stabilizer!!!!! Death wobbles in sport and performance mode.Positives:1. Once it’s rolling it’s fast !!!2. I’m 185lbs and the suspension is amazing, super smooth on street and does very well off road !3. Lights are bright.4. Seems to be well built , very robust and heavy duty.5. Battery range for days! It seems to just last forever.In summary, it’s so fun to ride , it’s heavy duty . Just wish it had more torque(hence the 4 stars) !!

My experience was a little unfortunate cause after a week of getting the scooter it stops working , returning the product wasn’t an option so I talk to the guys of customer support and they help me with everything and help with the test and the repair they even send the parts that the scooter needed and the tools that I need to fix it the scooter itself is really good and more than what you expect for the price soo I would 100 percent recommend to get this product
