Worked for me, sleep has improved since I started using it
This is a little device that you hold in your palm and it sends either calming or energising pulses depending on the setting. I have been using it at night as I go to sleep in the calming mode. I've been able to record if it's worked for me as I wear a Garmin Fenix 7x smart watch which has quite advanced sleep tracking. Due to stress at work and job worries my sleep for the past month has been very poor - my watch records it as "interrupted, poor" amongst other quite scary terms! The first few nights I used the sleep aid, it was quite jarring at first as you notice the "shocks" it pulses to your fingers, and I did wonder if I was using it correctly (I think there should be more information on correct usage, and exactly how to hold it in your palm, which way the metal bit should face etc - it's fine, but it would be nice for peace of mind). I think that at least some of the reason why it's worked for me is that instead of worrying about work, and the house repairs, bills etc etc, I was thinking "hey that's actually giving me an electric shock!" - it's not painful or too unpleasant, but was enough to stop me dwelling on life's problems - and I drifted off to sleep quite quickly. I woke up and my watch said I'd had "good recovery" - and my sleep score had improved! I don't think it's a coincidence and the next night was the same. A week later and I'm still using it (which must prove it's doing something - or I believe it's doing something) - and my sleep score last night was "excellent recovery". I would have been cynical on the effectiveness of these types of aid, but having actual stats from my watch and feeling better in a morning shows it does work for me - it's been interesting and I'll keep on using it!

Does seem to help with sleeping
I originally bought this for my mum whoโs suffering from anxiety and having difficulty in sleeping. Itโs a good size to hold in the palm of your hand and put the strap over your wrist. Itโs comfy and doesnโt cause pain or stiffness in your hand after holding it. I do find that if your use straight after washing your hands you canโt feel the pulses so easily but when moisture returns you can feel it better. I borrowed mums when I was having difficulty sleeping and did count to see if it is 15 minutes which it is correct. I was sceptical that it worked but both of us do believe it does. Itโs become a little bit of a lifeline now for mum and will be taken with us when we go away as well. I think this is good quality for money and the company was fair when it wasnโt charging correctly they kindly sent a replacement. I have recommend to a friend that suffers from anxiety as I really do think it helps.

Sleep aid
So this is a good and works!! But I donโt think itโs for kids and to actually help you sleep itโs just feel like your being electrocuted and can be painful

It does what it reads on the box give it a try
I can certainly understand how this works on the left and right hemisphere of the brain and yet I cannot say that I was convinced it leaves me a little open to doubt .I cannot say that I disbelieve how this works but I feel it's something that it comes down to it can have a soothing effect if used in the correct way and so I am still sitting on the fence on this and feel that it may affect people differently depending on their amounts of anxiety/stress levels and needs with coping with insomnia I therefore am still not sure . I therefore confirm it's worth a try it's a better way of coping with sleep problems rather than sleeping tablets.

Ineffective
I bought this device hoping it would help me relax and improve my sleep, but unfortunately it had the opposite effect. First, you have to hold it quite tightly to feel the vibrations. That alone already prevents any real relaxation. Instead of calming down, I found myself focusing on the sensation, which feels more like holding a buzzing insect in your hand than anything soothing. Second, the device emits a very bright blue light that never turns off. This is completely counterproductive for sleep, as blue light is known to interfere with melatonin and make it harder to fall asleep. Finally, as someone who prefers everything switched off before going to bed, having an active, glowing device nearby became a constant trigger. Instead of relaxing, I felt the need to turn it off, which defeats the whole purpose. Overall, this device is not only ineffective for me, but actually disruptive. It might work for others, but if you are sensitive to light, physical sensations, or need a calm and controlled environment to fall asleep, this is probably not the right choice.

Early Impressions Promising Start
Just started using the BOYUNSHI Sleep Aid and it seems to help me relax. Easy to use, comfortable in hand, and the adjustable settings are a nice touch. The microcurrent feels odd at first but not unpleasant :) Too soon to say if itโs a real fix, but Iโll keep using it and update if it makes a bigger difference.

3 modes, slow, continuous and random
Better than the Glow Co. Calm Carry device. I bought the calm carry on offer, but it was still more expensive than this, and tbh I like this much better. The calm carry has adjustable strength electric 'shocks', as does this. However it only has 2 modes, whereas this has 3. The calm carry does a continuous mode and a slower, but still quite fast mode. I wanted a mode that was either random, or a slow heart beat. This has both! It also has the continuous mode if you want that. I find the random mode (called soft) the most relaxing when I'm sitting reading or scrolling.
