It works! It blocks the sugar receptors on your tongue and all I could taste was bitter. It was very intense and I had no desire for my usual chocolate. I’d recommend having something minty after finishing the chew. It is also made with real sugar, so there are no fake sugars!! I’m so happy about that. The texture is very soft like a taffy, there is no tongue staining and the initial flavor is berry. Very easy to carry in your bag if a craving hits because it works instantly. I was pretty amazed and would absolutely purchase this again.

I enjoyed taking these. First of all, they were very tasty. When I craved sweets, I would grab one. Second, they prevent cravings and stop them, or I should say tone them down. Great product. I will be reordering.

The supplement itself is a little smaller than a starburst and is wrapped in a foil wrapper. I keep it in my bathroom where I shower and haven't found it to get sticky or anything, so easy to take. No scrapping it off the wrapper with your teeth. Now for the positives. It tastes great! No weird vitamin-flavor or texture. There are granuals in there that can give it a coarse feeling, but I think that's just sugar. How well does it help me with any sort of cravings? It doesn't. I tried this as a supplement and noticed no difference between taking it and not. Any perceived benefit, I think, is placebo. No increase or decrease in weight. No change in dietary preferences. No changes in cravings. Overall, I think this is just candy disguised as medicine. If they can bring this flavor profile and texture to a general daily vitamin supplement, then I think they have a winning product on their hands. I just cannot recommend this as a weight loss supplement. If you do want a weight loss supplement that'll work, then psyllium husk should be your go-to. About 24g of metamucil in 1L if water will keep you full. You'll first notice a weight increase as it's a bulk laxative, but as you continue for about a month, you'll experience weight loss, lower triglycerides, cholesterol, and blood pressure. Only problem is that it's kinda gross to take, but pick your poison: yummy placebo or icky progress.

Lemme Curb actually works! My cravings have noticeably decreased over the past 3 weeks. The first part tastes fine, but as you finish the chew, it gets really bitter and lingers on your taste buds—water helps but doesn't fully get rid of it. Despite the aftertaste issue, the product works so well that it's worth it. Keep water nearby and chew it quickly! Would definitely recommend.

surprisingly the chews are swwet like gummie snacks with the consistency softer than a now&later candy. There's no off putting chalky taste at all. Will other appetite curbing supplements, sometimes they make you forget to even drink, not this one. The cravings are curved very subtly. I will reorder for sure.

I am not even lying these have CHANGED MY LIFE! I have noticed less cravings FOR SURE andddd I have been losing weight. This def did not make me lose weight but helped me with my journey!

i really wanted to like these because i’ve had such good experiences with other Lemme products, but unfortunately these were a miss for me. i’ve been taking them for a few weeks, usually before a meal, and i honestly haven’t noticed much of a difference. my appetite feels about the same and my cravings are absolutely still thriving lol. the taste is probably my biggest issue though. they have a pretty noticeable supplement-y flavor and the aftertaste lingers. they’re also chewier than i expected for a soft chew. i actually started finding them annoying to keep up with because i just didn’t enjoy eating them. on the positive side, i’ve had zero stomach issues from them, but that’s about all i can really give them. no noticeable appetite or craving difference for me and i don’t enjoy the taste enough to keep taking them just to see if that changes 💗 sadly not worth it for me.
