Great pan! Everything l hoped it would be and expected to be.

Ich habe einen Topf gesucht, der breit aber nicht zu tief ist, damit ich zuerst Fleisch in einem Gang gut anbraten kann und dann schmoren/kochen, und dieser Topf ist dafür perfekt. Ich kann eine größere Menge als Meal prep machen, oder wenn ich Besuch habe. Die Langlebigkeit muss ich natürlich noch testen. Es klebt nicht (habe z.B. Fleischbällchen mit Käse gemacht, diese konnte ich knusprig anbraten ohne zu kleben.) Verarbeitung sieht sehr hoch qualitativ aus, der Deckel scheint aus dickerem Glas zu sein. Die Hitze wird auch bei mittleren Temperatur gut durchgeführt. Das einzige was man überlegen sollte ist der Durchmesser des Kochfeldes... Mein größtes Kochfeld (Glaskeramik) ist sicher 5 cm zu klein für diesen Topf und hat noch einen Rand , also muss ich den Topf ab und zu auf dem Kochfeld drehen. Ich denke ich werde doch ein separates Induktion Einzelkochfeld kaufen. Ich erwarte, für den Preis von 200 EUR, dass der Topf mindestens 10 Jahre im Gebrauch wird, ohne Beschädigung an der Fläche. Die Lifetime Garantie werde ich sicher in Anspruch nehmen sollte das nicht der Fall sein (Man muss den Topf aber schon gemäss Anleitung "behandeln")

I should’ve bought this pan earlier. Not only does it store heat really well, it’s reduced our gas intake because we’re not using as much gas to cook with. I will be buying some other hexclad pans in the future.

I’ve been using the HexClad 7-Quart Hybrid Sauté Pan for a while now, and it has quickly become one of the most versatile pans in my kitchen. The size is excellent for family meals, especially for dishes like stir-fries, curries, pasta sauces, or anything that needs extra volume without crowding the pan. The hybrid nonstick surface is the standout feature. It releases food much more easily than traditional stainless steel, but still allows for solid browning and searing, which you usually don’t get with standard nonstick pans. I’ve been able to get a good crust on chicken and still deglaze the pan for sauces without much effort. Heat distribution is very even, and it performs consistently whether I’m cooking on high heat or simmering. The pan feels very sturdy and well-built, and the stay-cool handles are genuinely useful when moving it around, especially when it’s full. The glass lid is also a nice touch for monitoring cooking without lifting it constantly. Cleaning is fairly easy compared to stainless steel pans, though it still benefits from proper care to maintain the surface. I’ve found it holds up well after repeated use, and it works perfectly on my induction cooktop. Overall, it’s a premium pan with a premium price, but the versatility and durability make it feel like a long-term investment rather than just another piece of cookware.
