These are wonderful briefs! The soft outer backing reduces rashes and friction, the tabs are strong and don’t move around on the brief while in bed or out during daily activities, while also having perfect absorbency! I highly recommend these!

This product is the best purchase I have made all year. I am a large woman who has Chirrosis of the liver and have been put on many medications to keep my fluid down and from causing peritonitis infections. I have never been able to find a product that I could rely on till now. I have searched high and low. I no longer have to buy the overnight pads to wear with my pull-ups, ( combined they still wouldn’t keep from leaking when worn). I do not have all the bulkiness , always feeling uncomfortable in public, Yes it is very bulky making it noticeable through pants, which leaves me feeling self conscious . I have become a recluse and refuse to go out in public, the VIVO product has made my life more at ease now. I have no intention of leaving this company, and will be forever happy . These vivo pull-ups are very soft on you know what.I gave them a 5 star rating for their softness and their fit for being unisex.

These are very soft and kind of thick all around. They are pretty wide in the groin area. It is tapered, but on me the tapering is more towards the middle of my body, or groin area. I'd like the tapering to be a bit higher. I try to pull them forward, but they eventually slip back. There are some stitching and seams width and length wise.I do the obligatory fluff and fold, which seems to help between the legs. The fold seemed to still create channels length wise. But the fold does not seem to help and the seams make some bunching of the padding and are annoying (why do manufacturers put those in?). As a result I did get a little uncomfortable squeeze from them until it got wet and filled out the padding (thanks gravity). You definitely feel the bulk between the legs when you are standing. Waist is 38", so I could of fit in medium, but I got large. The back is pretty standard thickness and width.Update: These do last about three hours during the day. The one important thing is that they do not chaff. I was able to do my morning 20 minutes on the treadmill without any irritation. It did rub a lot, but no irritation. They also do not stick to your skin, another important feature. However, they do not contain the smell too well. With the tapering between the legs, they are kind of difficult to tell when they are about to leak (there is less padding so you don't get any indication it's time to change--maybe I will develop better sense down there that it needs to be changed compared to others where you can feel the wetness on your hunches).

We purchased these and their pull ups for our 95 yr old mother, who has been fumbling with wearing multiple pads at once for years, with leakage, skin irritation, odor, etc. She is now 100% sold on this product. Loves them! Says they are soft, absorbant, and comfortable. She is thoroughly impressed and wishing she knew about them years ago.

Don’t waste your money. They work well for incontinence but the tabs are horrible and tear easily when you are just moving around.If they make the tabs stronger than I would buy again because they do fit well
