Perfectly good
It's been 30 years since I worked in the wheelset factory, so I don't have a lot of current experience in inner tubes. These may be merely 4 star, but I have no qualms after installing them. 4 put into garden cart split rims, on very, very tired and cracked tires. Work great, no issues at all. Good stems, strong, seem like evenly molded (no thick or thin spots), not worn molds, so less flashing than the tubes I pulled out, etc.Not powdered especially, so open them carefully and use soapy water.And... for those complaining generally they are hard to install, wheels this size are Almost Always split rims. Once pressure is down, unbolt the two shells, and then when the tube is in the tire, put the wheel over the tire/tube set one piece at a time, being careful to align the valvestem, then bolt it down. Easy. No force required at all.DO be sure to put a little air in them before wheel assembly, or you'll never be able to grab onto the valvestem. Just enough to make it puffy but not so much it starts bulging out or you could make it hard to assemble, even pop it.

Good Value
My Wagner mower's rear tire went flat. So, I dropped my tubeless rim and tire off at Suburban Lawn and Tractor in Newport DE. They said they "fixed" it and charged me $15. Their fix amounted to spreading goop on the area between the tire bead and rim. It lasted around 24 hours before it went flat again. They suck. I ordered these inner tubes and had them in 2 days from Amazon. After struggling a bit with getting the tire off the rim... they installed perfectly and held air. They seem like pretty thick rubber... so leaks should no longer be a problem. I can always fill them with Slime ... and then they should last forever. Made in China - but seem like good quality. For the same cost as repairing one tire, that lasted 24 hours... now I have two tubes that may last a lifetime. I would say that is a good value.

Almost a well made product or not
Update after one year: Truely these deserve a one star rating but it's not the brand so much it's all brands that build tubes this way. After one year they have failed and will not take air which means there is a very large tear in them. Until the manufacturers make these correctly they will always fail prematurely. With the stem located in the center of the ID making one twist the tube to get it into the stem hole it's just a matter of time, in my case I got 3 mowings. As a side note I'm not aware of a single tire this size that has the stem coming out of the center of the rim like a bicycle tire. So new tires on order, if you can find a brand that are made correctly then have at it but everyone (as others have mentioned) are made this way. Putting on these tiny tire is a bugger so save your time and money for the inevitable and buy new tires or mounted tires. Not sure quite where to start. Lets start with the quality, seems okay pretty typical as far a thickness etc so no complaints there but. Others have pointed out the valve stem is centered which makes the fit terrible. Since these are made for a typical wheel on lawn tractors and other solid hubs, I doubt there are many if any wheels this size that have the stem centered, it should be offset. So that adds to the frustration of mounting the tire. One must have the upmost patience in mounting these small tires, a 12 pack would be helpful as well. I ended up securing the stem in place by screwing an oversized cap on the valve stem to keep it from sucking back into the wheel to it's "normal" centered position. Seems this is a problem with all the tubes I found on amazon so nothing special to these. Mounting little tires like these is not for the faint of heart and you will likely as I did question the decision to "just tube it" rather than buy new tires mounted. You will be surprised at all the new words one will create during the process, it's not fun or easy but it is possible. Note to manufacturer, make the tube to actually fit the wheels they are meant for with an offset valve stem and you will get plenty of 5 star reviews as your reward.
