Exactly as described and very comfy. Slightly thicker insole than I usually expect with toms. Definitely do not think they run large, as per some other reviews. I’d order the same size or maybe ½ size bigger if you’re worried. Expect they’ll also stretch a bit over time too

How does this happen
Love these shoes but the “right” shoe slips right off my foot …..different size…..too late to return never tried them on till now….will have to give away and hope whoever can wear them

Review of Tom’s shoes
Fichus slip off of the back of my foot whenever I walk. I tried putting some of those supports on the back deck. Keep your heel from slipping and Eden that did not work. I love Tom shoes and I have bought a slew of them and I’m very unhappy with his pair. I bought them a while back, but I’m just now starting to wear them.

Heel slips right out
So cute, but as other reviewers have said, your heel slips right out with no chance of slipping it back into the shoe. I even placed a rubber heel protector to test it before returning, but no luck. Too bad.
