K1 Mini Pc Windows 11 Pro Ryzen R2544 8GB DDR4 RAM 256GB SSD

I now own 4 of these Acemagic mini PC between home and office. I bought this Matrix M5 Mini PC (Intel i5 version) to use as a compact desktop for work and general home use, and so far it has exceeded my expectations. I wanted something small that could replace a traditional desktop tower, and this machine has handled everything I’ve thrown at it. Setup was very easy. I connected a keyboard, mouse, and two monitors, powered it on, and was up and running within minutes. Windows booted quickly and the system felt fast immediately. Performance has been great. The Intel i5 HX-series processor is much more powerful than what I expected in a mini PC. I regularly run multiple browser tabs, Office apps, streaming video, and other programs at the same time without any slowdown. Everything feels very responsive. For productivity tasks, coding, general work, and media consumption it’s more than enough power. The 32GB RAM and 1TB SSD are a big plus. Programs open instantly and the system boots in seconds. The large amount of RAM also helps when multitasking heavily. I also like that the storage and memory can be upgraded later if needed. The size is another big advantage. This PC is incredibly compact and barely takes up any space on my desk. It could easily be mounted behind a monitor if you want a very clean setup. Despite the small size, it still includes a good selection of ports, including multiple USB ports, HDMI, DisplayPort, Ethernet, and USB-C. Noise levels are low. During normal use the fan is barely noticeable. Under heavier loads it becomes audible but still much quieter than most full-size desktop computers. Graphics performance is what you’d expect from integrated graphics. It’s perfectly fine for everyday computing, watching videos, and lighter games. I’ve tested a few casual games and emulators and they run well. It’s not meant for high-end gaming, but that wasn’t my goal with this system. Overall, this mini PC offers excellent value for the price. You get a powerful processor, lots of RAM, fast storage, and a very compact design. It’s been a great choice for a home office setup and everyday computing. If you’re looking for a small but capable desktop computer for work, school, programming, or media, this is definitely worth considering. I’m very happy with the purchase.

I use this for automation testing a Windows app. It’s quiet and not a huge power draw. Handles GitHub runner jobs fine. It’s an older chip, but that’s OK in my use case. It still works fine for office apps and the Playwright automation I put it through. I’m using it to power 2 monitors, one for the app and the other for showing logs. Seems fine. The fans usually aren’t audible for lightweight apps. You always have to be careful with the no-name prebuilt PC’s. I ran mine through some industrial security screening before connecting to a network and nothing suspicious was found in software or BIOS. Minimal bloatware as well. Schematic (like many vendors) has had problems in the past, so I still did an erase install, using my own Windows keys. The vesa mount let me tuck this behind one of the monitors, I appreciate being able to get the cable clutter off the desk. For me, everything is hooked up to a KVM with a wired keyboard and mouse for reliability, I haven’t tried Bluetooth with it. In my use case the small form factor was more important than future upgrade ability. Happy with the purchase. Removing one star for the stupid/misleading M5 naming for such an old chip

My main goal was to test open-source AI models locally, and this mini PC handled everything smoothly. I installed Ollama and downloaded several models, including DeepSeek R1 8B and Qwen3 4B. The setup process was straightforward, and the system had no trouble running these models for practical tasks. To test performance, I started simple asking it to define the capital of France and responses were fast and accurate. Then I pushed it a bit further by having it generate a “Hello World” app using Gradio and Python. It built and ran without issues. I even asked it to create a full Python Snake game for Windows, and it handled that as well. For a compact mini PC, that’s impressive. The 32GB RAM definitely makes a difference when running local AI models, and the 1TB storage gives plenty of room for multiple models and development tools. Everything felt responsive, even when multitasking. One thing I really appreciate is that I tested everything completely offline. No cloud dependency, no sending data anywhere. For anyone concerned about privacy or wanting a safe local AI environment for their kids, students, or personal experimentation, this is a huge plus. This computer is perfect for our needs. We have another acemagic for gaming, and needed another for an entertainment center. It's compact, quiet, and looks great on our entertainment center. Setup was intuitive and everything works better than expected. Fast loading and comparable to some more expensive options we were considering. Very happy with this computer!

This mini pc is what I need. It keeps my desk clean and organized without taking up much space. I feel comfortable and enjoyable to work at a tidy desk. Silver color is my favorite and it looks sleek. Regards to the performance, i can tell that it’s very responsive and snappy during everyday use such as web browsing, document editing, and gaming. Another thing I like is this mini pc is very quiet. During my daily use, it’s nearly silent—I often forget it’s even running. I’m not a heavy gamer, but I do play games occasionally, and it handles them well. Under heavier workloads, I can hear the cooling fan, but the noise level is still very reasonable and never distracting. With a Ryzen 7 processor, 16GB RAM, and a 1TB SSD at this price nowadays, I think it offers great value and I’m happy with it.

Amazing little machine. It's more powerful than I expected, tiny and completely quiet. Also did I mention it's cheap. What's not to love? My model has 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD and core i5 CPU. That's a powerful little computer. The fact it's quiet is a really nice bonus as you do worry about heat dissipation in a small box. But they've done excellent work on cooling from what I can see.
