PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT. The directions were simple and it fit just right. It’s especially sturdy. I like the adjustment button on the side. It eliminates the struggle of getting it out the holder.

Product of quality design. Both air vent clips hold sturdily and are suitable to our cars. The phone clamp arms and feet are easily to control. We really like the design of the item, especially its sturdiness. We'll consider buying the product again.

Bought one to try. It holds the phone in place well. I recommend tilting it slightly up. If it’s down the phone will fall out if you hit a slight bump. Overall a good product. My husband liked it so much that I think we bought 3 or 4 more. Have had other ones but this seems to do the trick. Space on the bottom for the cord. Just need to figure the best spot to place it. I have it on the bottom of the fins and use the hard part to keep it where I want it. I also keep that vent closed if possible. Don’t want the phone to get too hot or cold

I had the previous version of this holders and there's several things I don't like about this version. The phone release button is only on the left side. Depending on where you mount the phone and which hand you use to release it, that button can be awkward to press. The phone also doesn't come with only one version of mounts shown in the pictures. I needed the version with the spread out feet as my vent pivots and feet keep the phone from pivoting. I contacted the vender and Helen was quick to send me the mount shown in the first picture. Unfortunately this mount had been redesigned and no locks on to the vent blade. The old design was a spring loaded clip but the new one uses a threaded design. The thread is too long and won't allow the clip to close enough to grab the vent blade so the holder just hangs on the vent loosely. Be aware that the ball joint is the weak point of these designs and will eventually fail as the fingers around the ball crack. They do last several years in the So. Cal sun so I'm ok with that.Update - I see the first picture has been updated to no longer show the mount with the spread out feet.Update - 5/28 Helen contacted me again for more information about the fit issue with the alternative feet they sent. The product manager contacted the factory who found some of these holders with the old style mounts and they sent them to me. This is beyond great service from a vendor. I've updated my rating to 5* because the second set of mounts are exactly like the old style from 3 years ago and I'm really happy because these are the only ones that fit some of my vehicles.

Hi all. I had an old Anker holder that would not support the size of my new S22, so I went to look for a new one and the reviews of VICSEED caught my attention and I decided to try. Product is great, well-built, easy to use and come with two different vent adapters, both very sturdy. Since I have a Mazda3 Gen 2 with the slanted vents I chose the spring-loaded hook and the two contact "floating" stabilizer. All works great but with a minor issue due to the slanted nature of the Mazda vents. I wrote to the company suggesting them to have a way to fix the stabilizer in a future version just because I like to help companies to perfect products that I like, I wasn't expecting any returns since it is a 20ish dollars item.To my surprise I was contacted on the same day, just few hours later, by Cherri, offering me all the support and even asking my address to send me an alternative vent holder that should be better for the type of vent I have. I replied with my address and in a matter of hours I received the confirmation that the part was sent to my address FOR FREE - remember, it is a 20ish dollars item. It is amazing to have this type of support for it, says a lot about the company and its customer support team.So, three days later the new vent holder arrived, free of charges, and it was exactly what I suggested, a fixed stabilizer. They had the solution already. I think it is not included with the product as very few cars have the same slanted type of vent used in the Mazda3 1st and 2nd generations.I decided to write this review as I think good products with good customer service are a godsend thing nowadays. My sincere thanks to VICSEED and to Cherry, who was amazing in answering my suggestions, find the solution and being sure I received the new part for free.If you are looking for a good phone holder look no further, get this one. Works great and have many options of vent adapters. If the original ones do not work for you just get in contact with the company, and I'm sure Cherry will take a good care of your problem as she did with mine.Luiz
