シャンプーが届いた

ずっと使っている商品だったため、在庫が少なくなってストック買いしたのですが、購入後しばらく経っていざ開封したらシャンプーだったことに気付きました…。元々パッケージが分かりづらく、開封するまで気づかなかったのですが、購入後1ヶ月も経っていたらもう返品交換はできないのでしょうか。高額なものでもあるので、交換していただきたいです（ｉ _ ｉ）
