Remote failed less than a year. Now it's stuck on 1 setting and all the other settings are unavailable. I would NOT recommend this as there is NO customer support. Update: Customer support sent me a new remote that works. I'm very satisfied that they made it right. I changed my rating to a 5.

Worst light I've ever purchased. 100% crap. I installed it turned it on and the warmest color setting wasn't even a good K for warm light. Also if you turn it off via a switch and then turn it back on the light won't turn on . It's like the controller inside needs 30sec for it to reset and be ready to turn on again. You'll be better off paying $70 for a colonoscopy than pay for this. The cords that hold the pendant light down are darn near what looks like 26 awg wire. A bird could land on it and cause it to break. Don't waste your money. Go to Home Depot and find something better. That's what I'm going to do.

Update: Customer support reached out and offered to fix the issue. They were super responsive and helpful. Updating my review to 4 stars for their support. Light was damaged when I opened it up. And from further inspection, it looks like it was damaged in shipping. I was concerned if it would actually work after I put the electronics back where they should go, but looks like it's OK. Still, the quality of materials makes me wonder how long this light will actually last. An issue we have is the light resets to full brightness at bright white 6000K when you turn it off and on. Why doesn't it remember the last setting you had? The remote had to be paired when we first tried to use it. Another complaint on the remote, it didn't come with a mounting adapter so we had to use Velcro tape to mount it by the light switch. Not ideal. Overall, the light looks great and has a lot of settings, but I would have hoped for some more features like remembering the last setting. Still a good purchase.

This light was used in a small bakery cafe. The room in which it is being used is all of about 350 square feet. The light itself was really easy to install and came with all of the necessary hardware. It was also possible and very easy to adjust the cord. So, if you want to hang it closer or farther from the ceiling you can do that very easily. The aesthetic of this light fixture is awesome. It is so modern and sleek looking, and in my application is perfect because it keeps the attention on the baked goods we serve instead of on the light fixture. The only thing I would change about this light is its brightness. Even at its brightest, it isn't very bright. The product page doesn't specify how many lumens output it has, but it doesn't come close to the one that I previously had installed in that location. I would figure that with LEDs being so energy efficient, that it would be possible to include brighter ones in the product. Especially since this light is dimmable. I'll probably look into how it would be possible to replace the LED light strip that is located inside this lamp because ultimately I do need something brighter, but I'm so pleased with the overall look of the fixture that I'm willing to figure that part out myself.

Looks nice, remote is incredibly spotty and constantly disconnected from light so unable to turn on or off except using light switch and then we’re stuck with insanely bright daylight because it forgets the setting. Junky if Im being honest. Installation was easy but the instructions were incomplete and not clear. But if you have ever installed a light fixture before it’s pretty intuitive.
