It arrived 3 days ahead of time. Very impressive. Not sure why the status says it's running late.
The seller was very thoughtful and called ahead of the product arrival. He ensures that the item ordered is exactly what I had in mind. It arrived 3 days before the scheduled date. No issues so far with the item and is working as expected.

Two issues in the first 20 days
The first month we had issues in the door switch that controls the fans defected we exchanged text messages and I was asked for pictures and more pictures and more and more pictures tech support was RUUD in most of the responses, and we had to throw away melted 29 ice cream cacks, they shipped parts to extend the space for the door switches part 2 started 2 weeks after the first issue and we back again to the same issue freezer stopped working and we lost 35 ice cream cack we asked for a technician to stop by and service the unit which was 2 days later. I will never buy it again

worth the value of money, easy to fix...and very easy to work with...very happy with the product

Terrible Customer Service and Horrible Product
This freezer had two major malfunctions in less than 75 days. QNG, Inc (also known as Vortex) is shady and does not stand behind their product.
