Great fit and works on BOB strollers
These work great and are only slightly harder to install than a normal tube. Soapy water and a couple flat head screw drivers are all it took to install within minutes on a BOB stroller. Another review on here said they didn’t fit the 16 inch wheels but they definitely do as long as you get the correct size. They are a pretty tight fit which is what you need for an airless tube.

Impossible to install yourself, but worth it.
We had these installed on the Thule urban glide 2. If you want to spend a whole evening cursing and angrily wrestling this on, only to give up and have someone else do it for free, be my guest. Apparently REI will install these for free if you are a member, wish I would have known that sooner...Anyways, pretty sure I'm going to wear out the rubber on the wheels before these would ever need to be replaced. Super happy to not have to deal with flats!

Good fit and function. Rough installation.
I bought two of these for my Baby Trend Expedition Jogger. It is a perfect fit. There is no air space on the inside so I am not experiencing what others have described as riding on a flat with these on.This thing feels like it has an inner tube that is fully inflated. I put most of my weight on this wheel by setting it upright against the ground and pressing my knee against the top. I weigh 230lbs and I couldn't get the wheel to even appear flat. I don't see why these wheels wouldn't work on a bike. If people are experiencing what appears to be riding on a flat with these foam inserts than maybe you ordered the wrong diameter of the foam. (I don't mean wheel diameter). This is 16" by 1.75". You probably need a 16" x 2" or wider for your wheel. My stroller wheels are pretty narrow compared to most bike tires so I'm sure if you put this in a wider wheel it would seem like it was flat.I bought these because there are a lot of thorns on most paved trails here in Utah. I didn't want to have to keep replacing tubes. The installation process was difficult for these inserts which is why I give it a 4 star. When you change bike tubes you install them while they are deflated so it is easy to get the tire on and off. Installing these foam inserts is like installing a bike tube while it is fully inflated. There was so much tension on the wheel when getting it on that it broke one of my plastic levers on my tool. You need to have a metal one to do this job correctly. Since I didn't care much about the tire and I was confident I would still work I found an alternative to get these installed without buying a new metal lever. I took heavy duty wire cutters and cut the steels cable that go around the tire. I believe this is called the bead. This allowed me to more easily stretch the tire back underneath the rims. I wouldn't do this installation method on a bike where you are traveling at high speeds since it does slightly compromise the integrity of the tire, but since this is for a stroller that is moving slowly only holding a 25lb kid who is buckled in this won't be a problem. If the tire eventually rips because of my method I will just get it professionally installed the next time. I just didn't want to deal with that right now. Fact of the matter is that it works and it fits on tightly. Installation is brutal.

Don’t let the price stop you!
I bought these for my jogging stroller, we have these awful burrs (goats head) that would pop my tires all the time. I’d replace the tubes, go for a walk and pop there goes another one. So if you’re on the fence about whether or not you want to spend this kind of money just do it. I probably spent enough on replacement tubes to pay for these!

Bought One - 16" x 1.75" tire on my Swagtron EB7 e-bike - LOTS of Resistance
Pros:- No more rear flats. I am about 170-180 lbs and I was getting flats every 1-4 weeks from thorns in the Bay Area.- They do work, but not as well as an airtube.- Gets me to work reliably.- I've ridden hundreds of miles on it so far.- 3 good flat heads or 3 small crowballs from the dollar store can get this in easily. *Note 3, not 2, but 2 can do it.Cons:-People have asked me if my rear tire is flat a few times. One lady even offered to give me air. Yeah, it's that bad.-My e-bike could get 15.5 miles with no pedaling. Now the motor only mode gets about 8-10 miles. There is a lot more resistance. Wrapping the rear tube with gorilla tape might help...not sure. Tire liner failed horribly so I ripped it out.--Say good bye to your family jewels if you hit a road bump or pothole...it hurts on this one. Seriously, you feel it more than an air tube.-If you get water in your tire, your wheel will squeek moderately loud.-Pedaling on the e-bike before was ok. Now I do not want to pedal even one mile without motor assist. That is how much resistance one of these tubes add. Yes, I would even bike 20-25 miles a day on a 16" tire e-bike to deliver food. Conclusion: This works and it is reliable for 3-10 miles trips on my 15.5 mile range swagtron eb7 I am going to try a air tube again with better tire and liner (hoping I don't get thorns often). Wrapping the 16" tube with gorilla tape might work better, but I am not going to experiment with that right now. If Stop-A Flat made a 16" adult tube with less resistance that would be awesome. I'd give this product 3-3.5 stars, but it does meet the objective, which is no flats. I can't decide if 50-100% more resistance is better than flats with far less resistance. I know I absolutely hate flats. They need to improve this product more and then they have something really good for adult bikers. I'm sure a kid would be fine on this....3 stars.

Worth the investment
If you live in an area like I do, you can change your stroller tires every week. After reading the reviews, I took the tires to a bike shop to have them installed. Between the $40 for installation and the price of the tires, it was a bit of an investment, but I won't have to keep changing my innertubes which would have eventually cost more.
