I call this concoction my "sleep juice". No melatonin sluggishness. Hydrates and lets your body get the rest and recovery we all so desperately need in this go go go world. The 🍒 flavor is light and tasty. I often don't even drink a whole packet before I'm catching my 💤. It's not cheap but what is the price of a good night's sleep? For me these are well worth the investment in my health.

I ordered the Cadence Recover Cherry sachets mainly for hydration, but I decided to try them before bed to see if the electrolyte balance might help me sleep. I’ve only used them twice so far, but both nights I fell asleep more easily and stayed asleep longer. The flavor is light and pleasant, not overly sweet, and I like that they’re zero sugar, zero caffeine, and clean-ingredient friendly. I can’t speak yet to long-term effects, but my early experience has been very positive.

This is a great substitute for soda and energy drinks. I use more water than indicated, because the flavor is very bold. Dissolves quickly and is not clumpy. This is far better than most electrolytes hydration powders I've ever used. Healthy ingredients that hydrate my body. Love the cherry flavor and appear to be pretty hydrating so far. Great for on the go. One packet per day is enough for me.

These Cadence Sachets Recover Cherry are a bit pricier than I initially expected, but the quality really shows. The flavor is smooth and enjoyable, and they mix easily without clumping. I’ve noticed they help me unwind before bed and keep me hydrated through the night, which makes waking up easier. While they aren’t the cheapest option, the combination of great taste, clean ingredients, and effective results makes them worth the splurge.

For what they advertise, it seems to be a decent mix of electrolytes, sodium, potassium magnesium etc. Well, I don’t think they match the electrolyte content of many other popular brands, they do blend other ingredients in the formula that are good. The electrolyte supplement is advertises for recovery and intake before sleep. I’ve never really thought about taking electrolytes before I sleep. While I didn’t notice anything life-changing I will say that I didn’t get as many leg cramps when I was taking this period probably because of the magnesium so that is not worthy. The flavor is decent. It’s light cherry and the mix was smooth. I didn’t have any clumping as I’ve seen some others say.

Love this supplement. The ingredient profile is great. Has what you need to help with sodium lost during the day while also helping you wind down at night for bed. The taste is good not great and that is the reason for 4 stars. It has an artificial cherry taste to it. Nothing that won't stop me from taking the supplement. It mixes well in 8oz of water. No stomach issues. I wake up in the morning with at least 2 hours of REM sleep each night when I do take the drink. Highly recommend for any person that needs help getting a restful night sleep and recovery from a long active day.

The flavor is okay but if you drink too much of it you'll get burned out and not want to drink anymore. Like maybe one of these a day is okay, but if I even attempt to drink more than that I just couldn't do it. I'm not really sure about the results of this, I know ashwagandha is supposed to be great for sleep and chilling out but I just can't notice any positive effects of this. That doesn't mean they don't exist, maybe it is just subtle. So effectiveness is questionable, but the biggest thing I dislike about these is that I think the powder is old. Either they were packed with excessive moisture that caused caking or clumping, or its just... I don't know, just odd. I don't like that, it makes it difficult to mix and probably won't finish the entire pack because of that. I think they need to make a new batch or figure out the clumping issue. Not bad overall though.

I tried these to aid in my sleep and recovery. I’ve tried other products from this particular brand, so figured it would be OK. The product mixes easy in water. I noticed as soon as I mixed and smelled this that the flavor may be something off putting. It tastes very medicinal - like a bad cherry cough syrup. Drinking a whole glass of this product would be tough. Which leads into my next issue- drinking a glass of this liquid before bed could make some people need to use the restroom during the course of the night. The thought of added sleep disruption seems to detract from any benefit of the product. Overall, I tried it and didn’t see any benefits. The flavor is bad and drinking a glass of anything before bed just doesn’t make sense to me. I didn’t like this product and wouldn’t recommend. Thanks!
