Love this so much more than my old one. I really enjoy the heat part of the massage. My neck pain is gone now. I'm loving it. One reason I bought a new one was because of the power cord. The old one had a certain style, but this one has a USB-C charger and that is awesome cause I can use my longer charger cable while using it and charge at the same time.
