Are those brushes are replacable?

No...you use a new brush. You get a bag full and they are inexpensive. I have used the same one, twice.....I soaked in antibiotic mouthwash. (Dentist said OK). I only used it between two teeth in the upper back....not the whole mouth. (So just between the space between two, upper-back teeth.

How many uses are they good for?

It depends. The thinner the wire, the fewer uses as wires do break, especially if you need to bend them to get to back teeth.

which size compares to The Doctor's BrushPicks?

I am not familiar with brush picks. The yellow angle Tepe brushes are listed on the package as .7 mm. I hope this will help.
