I picked this gear because I wanted something lightweight and flexible for sparring that still offered good protection.The quality is excellent—the shoes and gloves feel sturdy, fit well, and hold up through tough training sessions.They were easy to break in, and I could move comfortably from the first use.

These are very disappointing. They do provide some very light level of padding but they don't fit correctly and are constructed poorly. There are some good elements so they aren't a zero but they don't inspire confidence.

I only deducted 1 star because as far as I can tell these are not described as childrens gear. The "xl" size is perfect for me, but that heavily suggests that they are in fact youth sized.Regardless, they have a grip brace that rests below the 3rd knuckle on the palm, they have a double-secure hook and loop system, and they have fluffy suede on the inside thumbs. This suggests to me that the manufacturer knows what they are doing. I've used them to hit a heavy bag and they are fantastic for that.

This is a great set of sparring gear both the foot guards and gloves are fairly comfortable to wear. They have a clean, simple look and perform well during practice. While the cushioning on both isn't very thick, it's surprisingly comfortable, making them a solid choice for sparring sessions.I’d definitely recommend this set for training use. As for durability over the long term, it's too early to say but so far, they’re holding up nicely and I’m feeling great about them.

I had high hopes for this set of Taekwondo sparring gloves and foot pads, but unfortunately, they didn’t meet expectations. The padding is extremely thin; offering little to no protection for either me or my sparring partner. The faux leather was already damaged when the set arrived, which was disappointing.The foot pads are also uncomfortable, with some stitching that actually pokes into your feet during movement. I really wanted these to be excellent, but overall, the design and quality need improvement.

this gear looks to be well made from nice material. The stitching looks good too. I am 6ft3in and 240 and the xlarge fit me well.The padding is very light. I would not use this for contact sparring. It could work for point sparring. I can feel my knuckles through the padding. This could take the edge off of a strike when contact is accidental.

Good material and feels nice when on.
