Will these tires fit 12x17 rims ?

According to tire rack these will fit up to a 12.5” rim maximum. 17x12 should fit fine.

Will these 315s fit on an 8" rim?

Hi! I think they will but I highly don't recommend them for that size rim... I put mines on a 17" x 11.5" it they fit great on that size...
