Great Mascara!

This mascara does work well and looks good on. I have used other products from this brand before so it’s one I can trust. The wand itself is on the larger size. Per the instructions you need to put on two coats but I ended up needing 3 or 4. The formula of the mascara is very thick so it takes a bit more work to put it on. I did notice because the wand is so big it can leave smudges on your eyelids despite being very careful. It created good volume in my lashes although the length left a bit to be desired. I expected with tubing mascara it would give a better lift than traditional mascara but it did not. Removal was easy with both water or makeup remover. I did notice the little tubes fall off they just were not as long as I expected. Maybe if you warm up the mascara before using it would work better. Overall this is a decent option and worth a try. It might not be my favorite but it could work better for you.

My eyelashes are both stubby, fine and sparse. A trifecta of disappointment. (Not to mention my lids are hooded, so I am really desperate to make my eyes look bigger, more open and not to have mascara smear on my lids.) I love a tubing mascara because it dries quickly and adds a lot of length and volume to my little lashes in just one or two swipes. Better yet it withstands sweat and some rain which is important here in Florida, haha. This brand in quality and I've used their non tubing mascara to make the most of my lashes. The only downside of tubing mascara is that I don't find it as buildable/layerable as regular mascara, but the tradeoff is worth it to me for no smudging and dramatic length. I experienced no irritation, and the little tubes are easily wiped off the lashes in a warm shower without having to scrub at my sensitive lid skin or undereye skin to get off mascara smudges.

As a professional makeup artist for over 20 years, I approve of this mascara. Here are my reasons why:1. THE BRUSH- The brush has a unique design, not only is it curved, but it is not the typical silicone brush many mascaras utilize these days. It is closer to the older brushes with actual fibers which does a much better job at brushing and coating your lashes.2. THE BRUSH, AGAIN. Another thing I noticed about this brush is that the bristles on the convex side are different from the ones on the concave side. It seems that the bristles on the inner concave side of the brush deposit more product than the bristles on the convex, outer side of the brush, which deposit far less product, giving you the option to choose between a more dramatic or more natural application.3. THE FORMULA doesn't irritate my eyes, doesn't run, but washes off easily

The buxom lash mascara added some much needed length to my eyelashes. The curved wand coated each lash well to make them look more prominent. My lashes appeared to look thicker and longer then they really are. I am 60 now and prefer a more natural look when wearing make up. This mascara did help define them without creating that spidery eye lash look. I did have to apply 2 coats to achieve the look I wanted. The shade is a true classic black color. I also have sensitive eyes and usually can't wear mascara for a long time . I noticed that this mascara caused me no eye irration or itchy eyes. The color lasted thru out the day with no need to reapply. I was also able to rinse it off easily at the end of the night with cold water and a makeup towel.

The only thing I don't love about this mascara is that the brush is a bit scratchy, it irritated my lids here and there when I was applying it, but only for a few seconds. I have naturally long and curly lashes and this perfectly enhances them. It stayed on for hours without any flaking or loss of length. As a tubing mascara is meant to do it also came off very easily when I washed my face which was wonderful. It goes on without clumping or overapplying and I could layer it without any issues, I would definitely buy this again.

I loved the initial application, it gave me light and fluttery eyelashes. Unfortunately, it flaked and smudged like crazy on me... and I tend to be kind of forgiving about both those things when I like a formula, but this flaked to the point of not lasting a few hours on me while I was just chlling at home doing my homework.Also, while this didn't flat out irritate my eyes like some mascaras do, my eyes were still a bit sensitive and slightly irritated. I'm thinking it was because it flaked so bad, though, and probably got all up in my eyes. So maybe the formula itself is fine on sensitive eyes when if it didn't flake, then end up directly in your eyes.

Tubing mascaras are my favorite mascara formula because they (usually) don’t flake or smudge on me and are easy to remove. This one does all that—no flakes, no smudges, and comes right off in the shower with cleanser and water. I wear contacts and this does not irritate my eyes at all. But it only gets three stars from me because it is SO messy to apply. No matter how careful I am when applying this, some mascara inevitably ends up on my eyelid that I have to remove after it dries. It’s kinda clumpy and doesn’t give me as much volume as I like but does give me good length. I’ll keep reaching for this because I know it won’t smudge but it’s not my favorite tubing mascara I’ve ever tried.
