Great service recovery and product.
My first delivery arrived with a faulty bent umbrella likely to be damaged while being delivered and when I contacted them, they asked me to register my warranty and they sent out a new umbrella after photo and video verification of the damage. It was a simple and smooth process well handled by Emma. The new umbrella just arrived packed in a better packaging and in good condition. The umbrella looks and feels great.

Producto de calidad. Quizás el mango un poco más grueso facilitaría agarre. No pesa tanto como se comenta, pero al ser grande y robusto, pesa. Protege bien de la lluvia. Resiste impactos y golpes. Un poco incómodo cuando se transita por zonas estrechas, o hay mucha aglomeración. La funda está bien para colgarlo a la espalda. Contento.
