They tastes great! I've only been taking them for a few weeks so I can't report the health effectiveness. They're not overly gummy which I like. Individually, they're about the same size as the other gummies I take. Good value for the money.

Let me preface this review by stating that I am not a healthcare professional, but I am somewhat of a vitamin junkie so I've done a lot of research on vitamins and mineral supplements. This product indicates that one serving of these vitamin E gummies equals to 180 mg or 400 IU. Even the nutrition label on the back indicates that this vitamin E dosage meets 1200% of the daily value. That means each serving provides 12 times the recommended amount of this vitamin. Mmm... I don't know if that's a good thing. To be fair, based on my research, up to 1000 mg for an adult is considered tolerable. But the RDA for the supplement is 15 mg for an adult. I'm not saying 180 mg is bad for you, but just use caution whenever taking supplements.I do appreciate this is a pure vitamin supplement in the sense that it doesn't mix a cacophony of other vitamins and minerals with vitamin E. These supplements should be effective because vitamin E is known for protecting cells from oxidative damage by neutralizing free radicals, among other benefits..The gummies themselves are delicious, soft and chewy but doesn't stick to your teeth. Unfortunately, it is sweetened with glucose syrup and sugar. I really wish they used healthier sweeteners such as monk fruit juice or allulose. The directions indicate to take 3 gummies a day. As I think that's a bit too much, I am only taking 2 a day for 120 mg. If you take 3 a day, this bottle will last you a month. If you take 2 like me this will last you about 6 weeks. The price is not bad at all.
