I have serious joint issues - especially in my knees, hips, and lower back. My muscles tighten up to protect my knee joints and joints become stiff and it's painful and difficult to walk. My physical therapist used another foam roller on my foot to relax tight muscled and it worked so well, I came straight home and ordered this one. It's just as good as the one that he used except it is half the price. I use it my leg, foot and hip muscles and it greatly reduces pain and increases my mobility.

If you use a foam roller already the added vibration helps to get the tough knots. Even if not rolling just sitting or laying with vibration helps. Also place near you and it turns bed or chair into a vibrating massaging surface.

Im midway training for an ultra marathon so my legs are running more than I have ever ran before. My legs would be sore and tight and would have knots all over so I am now rolling out my legs after my long runs and its definitely helping my legs recovery time. I am very pleased with the stiffness and the grooves seem to be at a good height. The Vibrating does add an extra level of pain/ knot removing depending on the level you set it on and it definitely makes a big difference compared to my old basic foam roller. Seems to be very good quality and so far am very pleased with the purchase.

Bought this for my boyfriend cross country workout. The trainer he works with uses the HyperIce Vyper rollers, but I didn't want to spend that much $$$. After searching, I found this, liked the price, and based on the reviews, purchased one. I have been more than happy with it
