Kellogg Protein 400g

This is my new favourite cereal to eat without milk. Its still great with milk but i prefer to snack on it dry. The flavour is so cocoa-y.

I bought this mainly to add a bit of crunch to my protein yoghurts, and it works really well for that. It gives a nice texture without being too hard, and it makes things feel a bit more satisfying rather than just eating plain yoghurt. I usually add it on top of my protein yoghurt and it’s a really good combo — you get the crunch plus the added protein, which is a nice bonus if you’re trying to keep your meals higher in protein. The consistency is good and it holds up well without going soggy too quickly, which I like. Tip: I find it works best when added just before eating so it keeps that crunch — great if you like a bit of texture in your yoghurt or breakfast bowls. If you’re looking to increase protein while still enjoying something with a bit of crunch, this is a good option. If you’re expecting it to taste like a sweet cereal, it’s a bit more on the simple side. Overall, a handy addition to a high-protein routine.

Tastes just like normal thing, decent value for money. Wouldn’t say it’s healthy but it’s a decent alternative for gym goers.

First time trying this cereal and it’s delicious. Tastes like a grown up version of a much sweeter kids cereal, also made from chocolate (coco pops!) I’m trying to increase my protein intake and starting the day with this and milk gets me off to a good start. I’ve also eaten it dry, as a snack, which was nice too. The kids have eaten and enjoyed them too, but as mentioned, it’s not an overly sweet cereal so I think (thankfully) it will be left to me to enjoy. Yum!

Have been trying boost my protein intake and tend to look out for new products to achieve this. I saw this particular cereal and had to try it. I was somewhat dissapointed to find that it was not as tasty as i had imagined it would be. I found it to be quite tasteless and bland. For me, it was one of those products that you buy, find it's not all that, and never buy again.

The cereal comes with too much sugar not only you can see it in the nutritional info but also can be tasted which is not ideal as is a strong feature. The cocoa flavour does have a hint of hazelnut but is very minimal. Has a very characteristic taste when combined, not my favourite. The protein level is not that big when you compare it with the sugar so don't think is worth it. Outside of this the cereal is very crunchy which I loved. Price wise is good as is not a very expensive cereal but still need improvements with nutrition and flavour before making it a favourite
