DeLonghi Dedica EC890 Compact Espresso machine - Stainless Steel Coffee Maker with Milk Frother Steam Wand- for Espresso, Cold brew, Hot and Iced Coffee, Cappuccinos, Latte and more (white)

Purchased this machine last week and have used couple of times, came in original double DeLonghi box. Further packed in bubble wrap. Stamped Warranty card. Machine works perfect, it gets ready in few seconds and this one Is latest model comes with cold brew option and Touch buttons on the top. Steam wand is good and have nice pressure but I guess will need little bit of practice to get foamy milk. Comes with single espresso, double espresso filter, steel milk pitcher , cleaning pin, Tamper, and small descaling liquid bottle. Steel Warm plate on top, can be used to warm the mugs. This one comes with UK style plug so will need a converter that is easily available for 50-60 in the market. Overall best buy in 22K range and makes excellent coffee. You have to use grounded espresso coffee and not instant. Quantity, strength , temperature etc can be customised as per liking. Online demo was arranged on the same day over video call. All the features were nicely explained. Overall I am happy and satisfied with service and machine.

It’s a very good quality product. You can definitely feel the premium touch that De’Longhi offers with its products. They have delivered a professional-level espresso experience similar to what you would get from a café machine worth over $3000, but at a much more affordable price. With all the accessories included, you save a lot instead of buying a cheaper machine and then purchasing the accessories separately. The only challenge I faced was learning to froth milk due to the low steam pressure, but after practicing the process 2–3 times and keeping the steam wand at the milk surface level, you quickly get used to it and learn it in a short time.

I wish I hadn't bought this. The setting often take ages to reset and the steam wand is next to useless for latte art. It has no power so had to buy a frother and pan to heat milk. We bought for a small cafe and we can't send back but it's a big regret getting it.

So far it’s good. Please learn before you start brewing. Pressurized Basket is small, does not fit 18gms of coffee.

Both espresso and cold-brew extraction work very well. I got excellent results with regular coffee beans. The aroma and mouthfeel of the coffee are greatly enhanced.

I am in love with this machine. An excellent coffee machine. I was afraid before buying due to many people complaining about the steam issue, but i didn't find any problem any with steam generation. It makes excellent cappuccino. beautiful design, adds aesthetics to the kitchen...

Great machine for espresso. The steam wand doesn’t have too much pressure but does the job with a bit of practice. Overall, satisfied with the purchase.

Second machine withing a week still this machine i received came used. First one had pump issue. And the second came with descaler leaked and used product. What is delonghi doing?? It seems like they are just clearing off their stock with this machine whole lot is defective which is why such high MRP of 50k and selling for just 14.5k. Please guys I genuinely recommend you to not buy this machine. It will be waste of money. Rather save some money and buy agaro which will save u some pocket and will cost just for 8k. Brands are just a tag line. Just another way to make fool out of us.
