Heating very slow not working properly..

The style of the product is good, but while to the performance it is not up to the mark, the ceramic plates are not fitting properly at the below as the reason I found a problem to straighten my Hair. The hair is no staying in that plates to receive the heat so it could be a great issue with the product. And the temperature settings also little bit confusing for the first time users. Above all it is nice in style and lesser weight to handle, I would say...book cover is not mandatory but the matter in it is.

It consumes time for heating, doesnt stay for long. Never ever buy this product..waste of money. Not worth the price.

This product is not working well Not even taking return

Same as shown in the picture , came in lilac colour. However the packaging can be improved. The outer packaging ( other than Amazon cover) was damaged ( image included). Pros: 1. 5 temperature settings and heats up in a minute which is a really good feature. 2. 360° cord for ease in straightening. 3. Has a lock system to save space while travelling. 4. Power button indicates if the straightener is on/off. Con: only con noticed is that to set the temperature, need to press the button mulitple times and ensure the light blinks at the right temperature to heat the plates.
