It is one piece together. Good design and transformable. It all comes together.

Q: Type of material is it made of? All transformers i have review don't mention anything about the type of material they are made of.

Abs plastics and other plastics with steel pins.

Yes, he transforms into the plane shown in the back of the box in picture 4.

Q: Is he big enough to hold Jazz and rip him apart?

I don’t think so. Maybe the Movie Masterpiece one is.
