Bought two of these on the recommendation from an influencer and really pleased, the recording appears to be excellent. Comes with everything needed for standard installation and spares, But if you want recording when the car is parked you need an extra lead for the permanent feed.

The product built quality is fantastic. The app is excellent, the software on the camera is excellent. Much better than other Korean brands like BlackVue, etc.

First impressions? This might just be the best boxed dash cam on the market. It delivers a strong initial impact with its sleek design and premium feel. I installed it in my BYD EV. The setup was fairly straightforward. The front camera records can 4K, while the rear captures in 2.5K. It’s a bit bulkier than my previous unit, and I found the voice commands a little flaky (Perhaps my Aussie accent threw it off). The rear camera is IP67 waterproof rated (whatever that means), which allows for external installation. I opted to mount it inside the car to avoid drilling into my new vehicle. That said, the rear mount is clearly designed for external use near the number plate, which makes internal placement a bit awkward. One gripe I have is with the collision detection; it's overly sensitive. Speed bumps and potholes frequently trigger photo captures. Still, I’d rather have it err on the side of caution than miss someone sideswiping my car and driving off without a trace. Pros * Exceptional Video Quality: 4K front and 2.5K rear recording deliver stunning clarity. * Flexible Recording Options: You can choose to record with one, two, or all three cameras. ( I personally disabled the cabin cam) * Premium Design & Build: It feels solid and looks great—other brands could learn a thing or two from Vantrue. * Feature-Rich Menus: Tons of customisation options make it easy to tailor the experience to your needs. Cons * Installation Challenges: The cable placement on the right side feels awkward; top-mounted would’ve been better. * Limited Mount Movement: The front camera mount lacks flexibility. A redesign could improve adjustability. * Rear Cable Routing: I had to run the rear camera cable through a panel near the airbag. Hopefully, this won’t be an issue in an accident, but it’s a concern shared across most dash cams. Overall, despite a few quirks, this dash cam stands out for its video quality and brilliant design. If Vantrue can refine the mounting and cable layout in future models, they’ll have an unbeatable product.

Dashcam von Vantrue N4 Pro S sollte ausreichen, um eventuelle Missgeschicke gut dokumentieren zu können. Bisher echt gute Qualität beider Kameras, funktioniert wie gewünscht und der Einbau war auch nicht so schwer. Klare Kaufempfehlung.Danke Amazon 👍

2026年3月8日に取り付けて各機能を確認中 良い点 ・画質が良くデフォルト設定でフロントもリアも周辺車のナンバープレートを確認できる（100点満点で95点） ・スーパーマーケットなどの屋内駐車場での画質も十分明るい。（場所によるとは思うけど） ・本体サイズは取付後も前方確認・後方確認に支障がない。 ・スマホで設定操作、録画画像を確認できる。パソコンでは専用アプリで録画画像と走行位置を確認できる。 要改善点 ・商品パッケージにはSDカードが付属してないので「別売」を強調すべき。 ・商品パッケージにはクイックガイド（取付説明書）のみで、取扱説明書はネットでダウンロードしないといけない。ということが購入前にはわからない。 ・取扱説明書の機能記述が不十分で使い方を把握するまで時間がかかる。使い方による各機能の設定例を２，３追記するほうがよい。 ・非純正SDカード使用のためかエラーで録画されないことが結構ある。駐車監視後の再走行時に発生確率が高い。SDカードを交換したり、パソコンで時間をかけてフルフォーマットしたり改善可能か現在も検証中。 ・SDカードを本体にセットしづらい。（マイクロSDカード使用機器全般の課題かも） メーカーへの要望 ・熱暴走が心配なので本体の専用冷却カバーを作製して販売してほしい。高くても3,000円くらいを希望。
