It is okay, not the best. I took one star off because within the first week, it started becoming stiffer. I had to apply more force. It doesn't slide in and off easily as it used to when it brand new. Hopefully the design engineers can work on that.

I feel crazy reading some reviews saying this thing is easy to setup. I was able, after 20 minutes, to set up correctly one of the two, and then, when I am trying to set up the second one, once I believe to had set it up right, it does not work, I can not reset it, 0000 does not work (or any other first time combination displayed in the box). The only product support I can get is a measly amazon message that I try "to reset only one wheel at a time until the correct one is retrieved". Look, I tried 15 minutes codes closer to the target one, I am not going to spend an entire day testing this. Their support website does not work, it is a blank page, it feels sketchy. Overall pretty disappointed with the product.
