I bought these specifically for training my two dogs a 6-month-old Pit Bull puppy and my 1-year-old Maltese mix. They're both very food-motivated, so having treats they get excited about makes a huge difference during training sessions. The bites are the perfect size for rewarding good behavior without giving them a large treat every few minutes. Since they're already small, I don't have to stop and break treats apart, which helps keep the training session moving. My dogs seem to love the bacon flavor and stay focused because they're eager to earn another one. One thing I really appreciate is how many treats come in the bag. I believe there are around 500 treats, so they last much longer than I expected. I can work on multiple training sessions without worrying about running out halfway through or constantly needing to buy another bag. The treats are soft and chewy, making them quick for my dogs to eat so we can get right back to training. They've been great for practicing basic commands like sit, stay, come, and leash manners. If you're looking for an affordable training treat that your dog gets excited about and that won't disappear after a few days of training, I'd definitely recommend giving these a try. These little treats are perfect for training! My dogs love them. When training, I usually use pieces of they're regular kibble but I like to use these to switch it up. They're soft and moist, making them easily palatable (especially for my lab who likes to swallow treats whole). They have low calorie content, making them great for ensuring my dogs stay at a healthy weight. Great value, would highly recommend!

Good size for training, puppy wasn't quite sure of the mouth feel at first (consistency of a thick fruit chew) and after the first 12 pieces no longer wanted this treat. Not sure how this pup is in our family everyone loves bacon here :) So needless to say we will not be able to use these as our pup does not like the taste.
