This is my new toy! If you're having trouble slicing your crusty sourdough bread, then you must try this bread slicer. This new upgraded model cuts through the bread like butter and you can adjust the thickness of your loaf with the turn of a knob. The suction pads on the bottom work so well, it's hard to remove but I know that's for safety. The machine is made with top quality materials and I expect it to last a long time. I would thoroughly recommend this product to all bread bakers, especially those baking sourdough.

Works so amazing! I bake sourdough and it’s sometimes difficult to cut. This makes it easy, I love that there is a guide for each slice of bread so it does not get hung up on the turning handle it’s really fun to use. Blade is wicked sharp! So worth it!

This slicer is easy to use and cuts even slices quickly. It works great on crusty bread as well as soft-crust bread. I especially like that it can be set for very thin slices--something that is hard to do with a kitchen knife. The suction cups are strong and keep the slicer in place. Tip: For storage in my cabinet, I placed a sheet of parchment paper beneath it so it would not stick. The slicer is lightweight yet effective. I will use this for bread only so that the clean-up is also easy. I am happy with this purchase.

This is a quality product. Perfectly sliced bread took very little time and no learning curve. Easy to see that it was designed by an engineer. A gift from my daughter who is also an engineer and she studied it thoroughly before purchasing. I am so-o-o happy with this bread slicer.

I bake a lot of bread for family and friends, grinding my own wheat, and my family especially loves a thick, crusty sourdough. I’ve been hand-slicing my loaves for years (difficult to get even slice) because I just couldn’t find a slicing tool I liked—until now. This one is it! It’s so easy to use, very well made, and built with high-quality materials. Nothing flimsy here. It’s durable, solid, and will probably outlast me! Absolutely worth every penny!

This works better than most bread slicers and is easy to use. Made even slices. Only thing was that the bread needs to be held in the beginning to make it progress so watch your fingers on the ends of the loaf.

Works great on the ancient grain sourdough bread we buy. Nice even slices and very consistent. Works great for slicing bagels too!

This is great! Finally got a chance to slap some sourdough on it. Sliced quite nicely! Even got some slices about 1/4” to test thinness capability. Not a Z-haus, but great nonetheless!
