I had been looking for a K2/D3 combo and this was a great price. I wish they’d up the D3 dose as I still need to supplement with more D but this takes the place of at least 2 pills I don’t have to take.

I picked this particular brand of K2-MK7 and D3 (PRO FORMULATIONS MD) because the K2-MK7 is derived from "Natto"-- a Japanese fermented soy-- a vegetarian food source. I take one (1) capsule a day as per the directions.

I only take these like three, four times a week after initial dosing. My body cant store D3 for long, so I have to take D3. Just check with your doctor to check your blood when you get your tests.
