Yes, but Bluetooth is not strictly mandatory. If you connect this keyboard's recharging cable through to a computer's USB port, the keyboard can still be used on a computer without Bluetooth (such as many Windows desktop PC's). That is also how the keyboard can still be used if the battery dies and needs recharging just before a work deadline. Note the included cable is relatively short, so a USB extension cable would be required for an enduring cable run going all the way behind a desk and down to a computer on the floor.

Can the magic keyboard and magic mouse be used at the same time with the same MacBook Pro?

Yes, you can pair multiple devices to host system. Just be aware that the more bluetooth devices you pair (especially older ones and new ones at the same time) the bluetooth can lag because it keeps switching the different bluetooth revisions. Normally it's not too bad but every once in a while it will freeze for a moment on my Mac (and in the tech logs it talks about bluetooth connectivity failed to connect, but it clears in a minute. If you have more than one computer or device where you would want to use the keyboard (such Apple TV) they can be paired with multiple devices but you must switch the input or turn bluetooth off (or disable the device) on the one you don't want to use the keyboard at present. This is only an issue if both the laptop & Mac are both turned on at the same time and within bluetooth range of each other.

Can I use this keyboard with a pc?

Yes, it works great on PC's. It has Home, End, Page Up, Page Down, and Delete keys above the arrow keys. It also has a Control key on both sides of the Spacebar row. The original smaller Apple Magic Keyboard (without numeric keypad) did not have those, and used a separate "Function" key that was not available by default in Windows 7, 8.1, or 10.You may have to get accustomed to the "Alt" key and the "Windows" keys being in swapped places, but that doesn't take long (1 week for me) and no work-threatening actions occur if you get the keys confused. Other than that, this keyboard with numeric keypad is quite convenient to use on Windows PC, and I am replying using this keyboard on a Windows PC. This keyboard uses Bluetooth, a wireless technology also commonly seen in cell-phone headsets and car stereos that pair with cell phones. If your PC does not have Bluetooth and you do not (yet) have a Bluetooth dongle attached to your PC, you still can use this keyboard non-wirelessly by plugging the included recharging cable completely through from a USB port on your PC to this keyboard. Just make sure this keyboard's on/off switch is in the "On" (green colored) position.I have used Apple Keyboards on my Windows computers exclusively for several years. If you have arthritis in your fingers and have to use a PC, this is a great keyboard for you.
