The robot vacuum mop is really good. It scans the entire area of your house the first time and then starts the cleaning. The scheduling feature is really helpful, when you are a busy working person the scheduled vacuum and mopping helps clean the house even when you arent home (needs wifi) the self cleaning is also really good you dont have to clear the dust yourself! The battery life is also sufficient for cleaning the entire may also depend on your square ft area! Its also able to go through slightly elevated areas really well! Also you can do spot cleaning in case you have slipped something or dropped something! It shows you in real time where it have completed cleaning and mopping! You just have to configure it the first time then you can just forget it unless you need to fill water for mopping and removing the dirty water

Narwal Freo X10 pro is a most advanced Robot vaccum with a self cleaning and self drying features. It does both vaccum and mopping very well. Especially mopping is very good and has a very powerful suction. Also, it cleans the edges very well and I don't think any other robot vacuum does a mopping and edge cleaning like this. It uses both Lidar navigation and AI features and detects the obstacles or objects very well and closely move away from them perfectly. Really it's worth buying and easy to maintain due to its self cleaning features. Even it is able to get down to balcony from room and after cleaning again climbs up. Robot goes to the docking station by itself when it's requires to get charged.

Please don't go with this product product may be good but useless service after sales. App is very easy to use and you get used to it as days goes on as we get used to like other applications And to be frank it is really awesome when kept Vaccuming Cycle x2, Suction power at Strong or Super Powerful and Coverage Precision at Meticulous you need not have a external cleaning it does job very perfectly Noise Level are silent at other modes but high at Super Powerful mode and it got to have that sounds because of its powerful suction And mopping I have used it in my hall and it was really good too, Will give a detailed update once I try all possible ways. I bought it at 44K during the sale and it's really the best for the money Accessories you get - One brush, One Dust bag, One Dust bin in the robot, 1 pair mop pads, 1 Hepa filter pre attached to the dust bin in the bot Updated Review 25/11/2025 - Faced a issue guys and trying to reach them is hell of a problem and they will not listen when you are saying they will want you to accept what they say and emails sent to them are useless no response after calls and mentioning I will go to consumer form now they are saying technician will come in 2 days to service. Updated Review on 04/12/25 - A technician came on 27th Nov and he did not know where the dustbin is itself on the product I had to guide him and he was saying I haven't see this product at all and he asked me to daily call them and say that technician visited and said product has issue. And if you put pressure on them only they will replace the product. So pathetic after sales service and technician doesnt know the basic things in the device itself which I had to show him. Even after the technician called and informed narwal team there is issue, Narwal has not reached out to me even once for replacement or service. Please dont ever think of buying this product guys. I am telling you on my experience please dont buy. If you want to loose your hard earned money you can go ahead. Just think when the product is under warranty only there is not response and once warranty ends how will they even take it up

The Narwal X10 Pro has a beautiful design, and I really love how the robot hides neatly inside the station — I haven’t seen any other robot vacuum cleaner like this. The functionality is excellent, smooth, and very convenient to use. On top of that, the price is very reasonable for the features it offers. Overall, it’s a great product, stylish, and highly functional. I absolutely love it! And also the Alexa issue was solved quickly thanks to narwal team, now alexa working good 👍..

Satisfied with the robo

This is the third vacuum mop I have owned. It is by far the best. I am amazed at how well it cleans my hardwood and tile floors. At first I thought, it is putting down too much water, but in reality it takes less than 5 minutes for a mopped area to be totally dry!! It also self cleans and dries the mop roller super fast compared to my last vacuum mop. On auto mode the battery easily lasts 40 minutes, maybe more. Some other items to note, super easy to fill the water, super easy to clean the dirty water tank, it is just better than any prior mop I've used. Highly recommend this vacuum mop and it's less expensive than many other brands!!

Amazing machine. I've been wanting a wet/dry vac for a year now, and I had watched many videos on the best to get. This came up as #1 in many YouTube videos. I didn't receive it until after Christmas unfortunately, but I tried it out as soon as it arrived and was amazed! The solution doesn't leave a smell, but it does have a nice smell when you open the bottle. The machine is easy to clean, and I would recommend to rinse everything after every use. It does leave streaks until fully dried, which is not a big deal. When it detects dirt, the machine will change the speed setting of the roller brush to really scrub the floors, especially in spots you wouldn't notice or cannot tell are actually dirty. I would also suggest doing a quick Swiffer dust of the floors before using it just to prolong the life of the vacuum, especially if you have a lot of dog/cat hairs or you shed a lot yourself. I just think this will prolong the life of the vacuum and all of its components. These are just my thoughts :) Maybe I will come back in a year and let you know how it has held up!

This cordless vacuum mop is absolutely great. I’ve been using it for about 6 weeks now and it is wonderful. I’ve had 2 Bissel mop and vacs before this and they were pretty good, but never great. This Narwhal is light, no cord to get in the way, a separate container for the cleaner(so it automatically mixes the correct amount of cleaner with the water—no more putting too much cleaner which makes the floor sticky), it propels itself forward( and not hard to pull it back), and the cleaning is so much easier. It cleans itself and dries the roller as well(all you have to do is clean the filter and dirty water which is so much easier to clean. My back doesn’t hurt after I’m finished mopping like it always did with the Bissel. I wish I had known about this wonderful product sooner

Things I like: It propels forward, so I don't have to push, and it moves fine even on uneven surfaces. Cleans well, especially the mopping. The smart mode tells you if you need to keep cleaning the area. Is very easy to use, not that complicated to understand the instructions. It's not that heavy. Less than most vacuum cleaners. It performed great on hardwood and vinyl and ceramic tile floors. Things I didn't like: Clean water tank and dirty water tanks are pretty small. So to clean my 3 bedroom I have had to empty and refill them 4 or 5 times, it was extra dirty too. Battery didn't last a long time either. Had to charge it twice to cover the whole area. It tries to run away. Since it propels forward, you have to put in some effort to pull it back, not a lot though. Still better than most vacuum cleaners. It cried when I put it on a small rug. Didn't work at all. The roller jammed. Best part is that the roller is cleaned by itself. Love thos functionality. This does that over 20 mins to clean and dry. I think it's a bit on the expensive side, but I do think it's worth the penny. I hate mopping because of the watery state the house is in, and I hate cleaning the mop after. I can't touch the mop after cleaning. This one solves both those issues. Also, I have a dog who enjoys the mud a little too much, so this makes my life easier. I can just run it for 5 mins and all the mud gone.

I got this a couple weeks ago to clean my apartment’s hard and laminate floors when it was on sale during Prime Day. I don’t write many reviews but I just love what it’s done so far on my floors. Its functionality doesn’t make the thought of cleaning the floors feel like so much of a drag for me anymore. That is because it has saved me a lot of time from having to vacuum and mop afterwards and it is also very intuitive. It will show on its display when you are going over dirty surfaces, even really dirty ones (they call it “High Dirt”). It will also tell you when things need to be changed (i.e. the battery is low and the vacuum needs to charged; the roller is jammed and needs to be removed to address the source of the jam, the clean water filter is low and needs to be filled again, the cleaner needs to be refilled, the roller is dirty and needs self cleaning, the dirty water filter should be cleaned to avoid bacterial growth). I knew my floors were dirty when I started using it but I couldn’t tell how dirty they were. I’ve honestly never come across anything that cleans hard surface floors like this. The dirty water filter was nearly 3/4 filled with close to pitch black dirty water about 3-4 separate times I ran over my floors the first time I used it. It also picks up a lot of hair and other debris at the same time. Cleaning the dirty water filter isn’t bad because the top half captures the solid debris and I use a paper towel or two to easily remove that. The bottom half carries the dirty water and I’ve been emptying that down the toilet. I then rinse out and gently clean the dirty water container, put it back on the base, and the thing dries the dirty water container and cleaned roller brush. My only slight challenge is it really will not stop telling you to clean a dirty roller brush until you put it back on its charging base, let it spend three minutes washing the brush, clean the dirty water tank to avoid bacterial growth, place it back on the base and wait another thirty minutes to get a dry brush and dried dirty water tank to use it again. It could be worse as I know some vacuum mop models require you to manually clean rollers brushes yourself and wait overnight for those brushes to dry for you use it again. But if your floors are really dirty as mine were previously , plan on factoring in at least an extra 2 hours to properly clean 1-2 small to medium-sized rooms. It’s a minor complaint considering my floors have never been cleaner. I do hope Narwal is developing a similar machine that will clean carpet and other fabric surfaces and allow you to use hose attachments to do the same thing on other furniture and surfaces this model it does on hard floor surfaces. Hopefully Narwal is planning to release another machine that can do just that really soon. I’ll likely shell out the money to buy that too based on my experience with this machine. It’s been fabulous for me so far!
