Q: I just ordered one. can i get the product by 220v cord with 110v adaptor? because i want to use it in korea, too.

Hello! Thank you for your question. Since we are using the FBA, all our products only work with 110v cords. It is free voltage so you just need an adapter to be able to use it in Korea.

Q: Is this “violet” the equivalent to the “purple lavender” sold in korea that has the purple cord?

Softbar Violet is sames as "Purple Lavender" sold in Korea. We include an USA adapter in the package for USA customer.

Q: Velvet bar 0.5” usa plug or korean plug? which voltage?

Korean plug, but it comes with an adapter to use on US plugs.

Q: What's the difference between the 1" & 1.5" model, is the 1.5 for longer hair. I've slightly below shoulder length hair. Thanks!

Hello! The difference is the width of the flat iron. If you have thicker hair or prefer a wider flat iron, the 1.5inch will suit you better. As this is a straightener, your hair length does not matter.
