Stakich Raw Honey - Pure, Unprocessed, Unheated, Kosher - 40 Ounce

This is lovely, tasty honey - thick, but spreadable. I've bought several jars now, and the quality is consistent. The size and shape of the jar make it easy to extract the contents. I only wish it was a glass jar. Each time I buy it, it arrives very promptly and in perfect shape. I will continue to buy Stakich. I think that says it all!

It is really good honey. Like the raw thickness and consistency. The taste is really good and is what I was looking for. Will differently order again and will recommend it to others. Price is great.

I have spent around $450 on this honey – the reviewer makes the case that the owner of this company puts everything but the kitchen sink on the label on Amazon and his description – one problem, he did leave out, and I noticed it, as well, That he put“ unheated on his Amazon description of the honey, but he left out the most important part, namely“ unheated“ —in other words, of the 10 or more jars of honey, none of these bottles ha ‘unheated’ (the holy grail of selling points you, as the consumer want to see at the very top of the masthead— When I received the actual bar jars of honey – – nowhere on the 5 pound jars, listing ‘unheated’ – and there are 32 enzymes in honey, as the sharp eyed reviewed in December, 2022 eruditely pointed out—– if you heat it like most probers do, you might as well eat sugar –you are flushing you money down the toilet- I now see that the bottle has unheated on it – – probably due to the December 22 reviewer who said he would change to a 5 star rating, I believe he said— if unheated showed up on the actual container instead of the flim flam description Amazon received from this bee keeper— I will order another 5 pound container, and I’m sure I will see the word unheated – not to beat a dead horse to death, but the previous reviewer is also right that this is the old west – and you can put anything you want on your product description as well as a actual container- Whose to know—no one really examines claims for honey— Why didn’t this guy who owns this honey company put ‘unheated’ on his containers to begin with – I smell a bit of a rat myself – – I would be very pissed off. If this honey has been heated – I’ll be calling Mr Skatish before I place my order, and I am giving three stars instead of five, depending on how he answers the question – for the life of me, I don’t know why ‘unheated’. was not put on his containers of honey –yet he chose to spend a lot of time writing a description of raw, pure, virginal….unpasteurized…whatever…for Amazon—-heating or I heating is the most intelligent question you can ask—I have to believe Mr. Skatish knows this full well-and I don’t believe for a second it’s Amazon’fault and the printer left out ‘UNHEATED’—

As stated above, the taste and quality of the Stakich Raw Honey is excellent! I would, however, make a strong point about the very POOR Packaging the Stakich used to Ship the Honey. They used a cardboard box of about the right size for two (2) jars of Honey, BUT they didn't put nearly enough paper wadding around the jars to keep them from rolling around or banging into each other during shipment. Fortunately the jars were plastic (not glass) so they didn't break in the rough handling, BUT the Lid of one of the jars was badly broken, loose, and unusable!!! If the Honey had been liquid, it would have leaked out through the broken lid. Fortunately for me, I only order RAW, UNheated Honey (therefore solidified) and nothing leaked out. Stakich should be strongly WARNED to put ADEQUATE Packaging material around their shipped Honey to prevent the rolling or banging around in the box. I truly hope you will inform them of this deficiency. Thank you. Bruce Bayles
