There isn't a seperate piece of fabric inside to seperate your balls from your legs. It does have good front room for your entire manhood more so than most other brands.

im 6 4 250lns. 40 in waist. Any ither big guys have these? A lot of brands ride up for the dredded wedgie, especually aft long periods of driving.
