Do they run larger or smaller? Confused between 34 and 36. If it runs larger will go for 34.

I would order a size up. My son is 6'3 about 160 and he order a large. To me its looks like it barely fits him.. If you want to be able to bend and move comfortably, i would order up a size. I think he wears a 32 or 34 in jeans. .
