I really needed a book like this, one that makes sense, in depth with concepts easy to understand and implement. Joe Dispenza has a special way of delivering valuable engaging information and in this book valuable tools to implement to make massive changes in your life. A great read and a keeper!

I picked up this book expecting a bit of motivation and maybe a few “change your mindset” ideas… and instead found myself actually rethinking the way my brain works on a daily basis. It breaks things down in a way that doesn’t feel preachy or overly scientific, but still somehow makes you go, “Ah… so that’s why I keep doing the same nonsense over and over.” The mix of neuroscience, practical exercises, and real-life examples is surprisingly easy to follow. I actually caught myself noticing old habits popping up—and for once, I knew what to do about them. It’s one of those books where you read a chapter, stare into the distance for a minute, and think, “Alright… maybe I can get my act together.” If you’re looking to change patterns, understand your own thinking, or just get a fresh perspective, this book is well worth it. Insightful, motivating, and weirdly life-resetting.

This is not a motivational book, but rather a detailed study with facts and a practical plan. The author has done immemce work in disclosing these facts and have done so in a very interesting manner, hence keeping the listeners interest intact. Definately read it and also look into the authors other books. "You are the Placebo" recommended if you are a beginner. "Becoming Supernatural" is more of an advance work, only approach it once you have gone through his earlier two books. Thank you sir Joe Dispenza.

I read Becoming Supernatural and I understand that I should read the Breaking the habit of being yourself in first hand as it explains everything in great detail and like an introduction to Dr Joe’s universe. I highly recommend who wants to the change in every aspect of his or her life
