NEEDLE-TIPPED BBQ THERMOMETER PROBE: The stainless steel probe is needle-tipped so it can puncture the surface of most meats. The long barbeque thermometer probe also makes it possible to reach the center of thick cuts of meat. The waterproof BBQ Dragon instant-read thermometer is easily cleaned by just running it under the kitchen sink.
POCKET-SAFE FOR PORTABILITY: Because the needle-tipped probe folds into the plastic handle, it’s safe to store in your apron or pants pocket. You can even store it in a kitchen drawer without worrying that it will stab someone. It also has a magnetic back if you want to keep it on the refrigerator. The big hole on the end makes the thermometer convenient to hang in a cabinet or on the grill.
WIDE RANGE: BBQ Dragon’s instant-read cooking thermometer measures a wide range of temperatures. Simply open the probe to turn the digital thermometer on and insert the probe to test the temperature. The probe measures from -58° F to 572° F (-50° C to 300° C). When you’re finished, all you have to do is close the probe to turn off the thermometer.

Good quality but made in China 🇨🇳

I would have thought a company like bbq dragon would have found an American made product, since their product is American made(probably not anymore) but great quality for the money. What can I say, it works well.

Great! Till the probe fell out...

Awesome! Easy to use! Seems accurate!! Excellent thermometer.... unless you wanted to use it for grilling.I was checking temp of some steaks in the grill and the heat seems to have too much for the plastic mount and probe literally fell out of the thermometer. It’s literally hanging by a wire now.Poor design for the intended purpose.

WOW! A Thermometer that doesn't Break in a Month!

There are A TON of meat thermometers out there like this one. I have gone through quite a few. This one has actually exceeded my expectations since I received it. It works exactly as you would expect it to, but I'm so confident that it will last because it comes from BBQ Dragon. I have most of their products and they are ALWAYS top quality. The quality and reliability of their products are what sets this and their other products apart from others. I highly recommend anything from BBQ Dragon!
