Whats the difference between this cleanser and the cerave sa smoothing face and body cleanser? both have salicylic acid in it right?

Hi Dan, the Blemish Control cleanser contains Salicylic Acid + Niacinamide to help reduce appearance of spots and soothe the skin. The SA Smoothing Cleanser contains just Salicylic Acid, and is designed to help gently exfoliate rough and bumpy skin. We hope this helps.

Yes, if you can use it on your face I will assume you can use it anywhere that has acne
