I'd like to use it as home virtualization server, but I am scared of the fans ... How loud are the fans?

If you're going to be sitting right on top of it and run it under load, the fans will annoy you. Mine sits in the rack in the basement so they don't bother me though they're audible when near by. They're small, hi flow fans which are always going to be noisier than larger fans. You could try replacing with Noctua or other quieter brands. You can also tweak the speeds via the bios.

Does this come with any ram? if not what ram should i get?

It does not. You'll need ( as per the specs on the product page itself ) ECC LRDIMM memory. Supermicro offer their own branded sticks. It must be ECC memory, the machine won't boot otherwise.

Does this system have any raid options?

Nope. Not hardware RAID on the main board. You can install a HBA and use an external drive enclosure. Internal drive capacity is minimal. I run these machines with a m.2 NVME boot drive and two 1TB SSDs in a ZFS mirror for apps.
