Compact and beautifully illustrated guide to human anatomy. Easy to read and concise. Illustrations are in color, which was exactly what I wanted. It should say that it’s a pocket guide as it is quite a small book. Again, compact this easy to bring with you if needed. Never disappointed with DK publications. Have had their travel guides and they are fantastic.

I recently gained an interest in the human body after the emergence of the coronavirus. Plus, the fact that I have horrible health insurance and that one bad slip up would cost me in the thousands, I decided to study up to make sure I'm treating my body correctly. This little book is perfect for someone like me who is a self learner. It has lots of information laid out in an easily digestible way. Sometimes, if I want to delve more into a particular section or see it explained a different way, all I have to do is check the internet. I've seen some people talk about the size of the book. For me, the size is perfect. I can carry it anywhere and the size of the book doesn't affect the clarity of the illustrations. All in all, this book rocks!

This book touched briefly on many topics with good illustrations for organs, bones and muscles. I was looking for tendons and ligaments, which are lacking. The physical page size is small and the book is very heavy for it's size.

Good value prompt delivery

I take with me to work at the hospital and many of my coworkers loved it. The content is very easy to understand and very clearly illustrated. The size is great to fit in my backpack.
