These are nice lights. I put them inside my house on a beam that goes across my living room to dining room. Three on each side. Bought LED lights that are dimmable and works perfect. The one thing we had to do was get a backing to put between the fixture and the wall because we didn't realize the back was not flat. It actually sticks out the back about an inch. so be sure to account for that. What we did was go to arts and crafts at Walmart and we found a wood panel that was exactly the right size and even had a nice edging that matched the edging on the light. I was such a lucky find. We cut the back of the board to fit the light and even then, we had to add a thin back (we used cork from the same dept. but could be anything). I know this sounds like a lot of trouble but it really wasn't. Took a few hours to do six lights. Looks great and was worth the effort.

I just installed 9 of these fixtures. They were all packaged nicely, 100% complete with all parts and in good condition. The finish of both the frame and the glass is nice. I live near a lake & wooded area and we get a lot of insects, therefore spider webs on and in our outdoor light fixtures. The closed design is both nice looking and should make web-cleaning easier than the open fixtures we've used for many years. I tried both 60w & 40W equivalent LED lamps. 60W daylight was too bright for my taste, and 40W warm 2.7k Philips lamps seem just right for my residential setting.You'll see in my photos how I added a simple cedar frame behind each fixture to allow me to use the original fixture electrical box and not have to do complex cutting into my siding. A little dark mahogany stain on the cedar matched the frame color nicely. I'm very pleased with these fixtures overall and expect they will hold up nicely for years. We were wanting to get better lighting out on our deck and purchased two (2) of these fixtures. We mounted them on pergola supports (4"x4") and ran a dimming switch into the house. These provide just enough light so we can enjoy eating and/or visiting outside in the evening. Well worth the cost. Very well made and good looking design. Would buy again if the need arose.

Excellent product ...looks very nice, increased our curb appeal tremendously. Quality is superb and installation was breeze. Though one thing, it is not flush and sits about 1/2 to 3/4 inch away from wall unless you are willing to open up wall and have it installed flush.But this well worth. Will be purchasing 6 more of these to install it at various places around the house.

I really like the design. It's beautiful and sturdy. And it's enclosed so it should handle the outdoor environment well. Couple of issues...first, it does not come with a bulb, second, it's secured by one nut...so it can rotate on that nut.

They are perfect… and beautiful, wrote a longer review for the larger size. But these lighting fixtures are worth every dime!

Love these lights. I can not speak to if they were easy to install since I had my electrician install them for us. He did not seem to have any issues! They look great and give off a beautiful, bright light. Very happy with my choice. My only concern is I am not sure yet how to clean them. They are all see-thru glass...but most people from the street will not be able to see that they are rain spotted!!

It is attractive on the front of our home. Installed high up on the house above the garage door its purpose is to identify our home to responding emergency personnel or late night deliveries (Say Pizza!). The Blue bulb installed stands out over other lights on the street. It is controlled by a dual purpose switch in the front entry. Position 1 sets the light flashing for emergencies and 2 turns it on steady for deliveries or guests.If I had the need, I'd buy it again.
