Smooth and tasty a perfect alternative to the heavily pesticides on other coffees

I’ve tried a lot of instant coffee brands. This was new to me and was on sale - so I opted for it instead of my other organic instant go-to. All the 5* reviews had me ready to switch to a new cheaper organic favorite. Well - I made my first cup using 3tsp in 12 oz boiling water and wow was it the worst tasting thing I’ve ever had. The flavor was so bad I couldn’t even find words to describe it. I logged into my Amazon account and searched through the reviews - how could alllll these people have led me so wrong? Then I found the one review who described the coffee as tasting like burnt mud. And that is EXACTLY how I’d describe it. Who are all these people who are giving the 5*’s? Were you all drinking Sanka before trying this? There are so, so many better alternatives out there. I’m sad I have this huge bag. Miss my other instant fav - as soon as you opened the bag it smelled so good. This one has zero smell even though virtually the two look identical.

The taste of the coffee is good, smooth without being bitter. The biggest downside is the bag, in that after opening and closing it for 2 weeks, the seal broke. I had to transfer the coffee to another container, and I lost the freshness right away...VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!!!
