Q: Is this made with the hole pack of theses?

Yes. They come in travel packets. They are not worth it. Get the ones from Walmart. They are a 1000 times better. These are thin and tiny and don’t do a good job.

Q: Will these work to remove color street polish?

It removes regular Polish but not Shellac Polish or dip nails .

Q: Why are the Nail Polish Remover drying out within a year when individually wraped.

Mine haven't dried out, but a package of 50 doesn't usually last me more than a year. I usually use 3-4 pads whenever I remove my finger nail polish and another 2 when doing my toenails. I use roughly 8 pads per month, which lasts me about 6-7 months.

Q: Do they work well with gel polish removal?

No, gel takes more work than regular nail polish. I don’t think these would work without use a many packets
