I'm used to the "full sodium" coconut aminos and a different brand, so these taste a little different to me. It's not bad, just something to get used to. It's a huge difference in sodium content, so I think it'll be worth it. I use these mainly for homemade salad dressings. Looks and mixes just like the full sodium variety.

This item is the consistency of soy sauce and closer to the flavor of teriyaki sauce. Way less sodium than soy sauce which is why I started using this. Great for making stir fry and marinades.
