This is the most expensive piece of junk I have ever bought. It didn't work right out of the box, and it happens to be a non-returnable item. Now it's just a useless little case without even a proper closing, and it cost me ₹13,733.56.

Can't see anywhere where the listing says it is 110 volts, with a US plug. It was recommended to me so I didn't carry out my usual feedback checks, where this information is prominent. My fault. It not showing anywhere is Amazons fault. I now have to spend money to get a step-down transformer, or go to the problem of sending it back. Purchasers need to take tis into account as it increases the total cost. Don't know if it is any good at the job because I can't use it yet.

This is a legitimate great product. It works very well and cleans your jewelry. Very very well. Looks brand new when you get finished with it. Definitely would purchase. It is not noisy. It is small and easy to stick anywhere and cleans very very well.

We received a product which doesn’t start. When we wrote to the seller as advised by Amazon, the seller refused to support. We sent all details to the seller, to no avail. This has been a bad experience.
