Assembly was rough — very time consuming. Hence the 4.5 stars. The product itself is sturdy, long-lasting and works great. It’s being used every day by my 18 month old. Great product without a doubt.

Cheap making
Cheap making....look like made in a day rough finishing,paint smell was irritating...comes in bad packaging and one of joint was broken. I dnt know how his item got this much stars.

I am so happy I purchased this. My son uses this probably like 30 times a day. Whenever I’m in the kitchen he climbs up on this to see what’s going on and to help me. It’s so much better than a chair he can easily fall off of. It’s light weight and easy to clean. It really doesn’t take up too much space and is the perfect height. I absolutely love this product. It makes my day so much easier and makes my son feel like he’s a part of everything. He’s dropped so many things on it and the paint hasn’t chipped at all. He can slide it around on his own since it’s very light and there’s not a bunch of intricate parts that can hold dirt and food. I usually wipe it clean when I wipe up my kitchen and it looks like new

Omg how much I needed this. I was in stress Everytime my 18month old would climb on a stool to reach the tabletop of our kitchen island. But now the stress is gone and she loves this step too. Amazing. Worth every penny.

Easy to put together. Just have to reverse the lettering. C and E should be reversed.

Broken step (wood is split) by **they sent replacement part !!
****edit to add. Customer service was amazing and contacted me, they are sending me the new part! So happy my toddler loves it and looks great in my kitchen Part D came with a split piece of wood, it is unsafe for my child to use. Very disappointed. Would like to have part D sent to me ASAP so I can replace it. I would rather replace the part then take the whole thing apart and return it If this is possible please let me know thanks !
