I found this product to be extremely comfortable and very efficient in blocking light.

This was my first experience using a sleep eye mask and I could not be more satisfied! I moved into a new house with white blinds in the bedroom that make the room very bright in the morning. After having black-out shades in my old house the morning sunshine was disturbing my sleep pattern. So in desperation I tried this mask and I could not believe how much rest I was able to get on the first wear. The head band fits perfectly above the ears and stays put all night. The foam padding around the eyes are super comfortable because there is nothing pressing directly on my eyes and yet there are no gaps to allow light in. It's amazing and I think I will be buying another pair just so to have backup. I have attached a picture showing how the mask blocks the light coming in from the window and what comes in the box.

I hate any light as I sleep and I must say I had the best nights sleep with this eye mask blocking out any ambient light.

These eye mask is soft and comfortable. It blocks about 99% of light without needing to be overly tight. The size band is adjustable and my partner (who has a much larger head than I do) and I were both able to get comfortable. I have issues with eye masks causing headaches but don’t experience that with this one. I think that’s because it ways relatively little and doesn’t have to be super tight to block light. We replace ours about once a year, when the foam starts to lose its structure and the cover develops holes. I’ve put mine through the washing machine a couple of times without issue but I don’t think it’d hold up well to regular washing.
