Japanese version. game will not work
VR2 is japanese and was not in description. very disappointing as it was a Christmas present. Game can not be played and account can not be created. Do Not buy if not japanese

This will not work in Australia
Do not purchase this advertised item if you live in Australia, no where, that i could see, does it state it will not work in our region. The Call of the Mountain code is not redeemable and the product itself (the VR) does not work in our region. I will say though that the refund was processed very quickly back into my account hence the 2nd Star rating.

Fantastic upgrade over the PSVR, and a great option for PC!
I hesitated on this for a while, but it was definitely worth the investment. Get it renewed, though--that MSRP is steep and Sony is not a company you should be supporting right now anyway. I got it renewed and I honestly wouldn't have been able to tell if it wasn't in a different box. I was hesitant because of that, but I'm glad I got it this way instead of new for an extra $100. Game code was included as promised and worked. I wish the game was physical, but that's Sony's fault, not the seller's or Amazon's. With a PC adapter, this works great on my laptop. Setup on PC is shockingly easy, especially compared to the absolute nightmare of trying to get the PSVR1 to work on PC. The upgrade was worth it for that alone. But in general, this is a very high-quality headset. Great resolution, comfortable, ergonomic and accurate controllers. The best feature on this thing by far is the little button on the bottom that lets you see around you in real life. I can't tell you how many times I've had to take my PSVR1 off because I bumped into something, reorient myself, then readjust the headset because I moved it. That problem does not exist with the PSVR2. You can just press a button on the headset, see around you with the game paused, then press again to return to the game without ever moving the HMD. It's incredibly convenient and honestly a great safety feature.

Buyer beware
Faulty controller right out of the box. Even after hours and hours of troubleshooting. Its a known issue apparently, and for the price.... Had to return unit. The rest of the headset worked amazing and looked perfect. Very bummed out
